Internship overview:
The Sales & Digital Marketing role focuses on generating leads, conducting outreach, managing social media, and supporting the company’s online presence. The goal is to grow the client pipeline while building strong brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Outreach & Business Development
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in targeted markets.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone to introduce the company and generate qualified leads.
- Research industries, competitors, and decision-makers to support strategic prospecting.
- Build and maintain a CRM-style lead pipeline and follow-up system.
- Prepare short pitches, introductory messages, and company presentations.
- Assist in booking meetings, preparing agendas, and supporting sales follow-ups.
- Provide weekly reports on outreach activity, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Create and design digital content (posts, stories, visuals, short videos) using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently across platforms.
- Engage with online audiences, respond to inquiries, and identify leads from social channels.
- Monitor basic analytics (reach, engagement, profile activity) to improve content performance.
- Support the team in SEO-related tasks (keywords, on-page improvements, content optimization).
- Suggest digital marketing ideas and campaigns that can generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and writing skills for professional outreach.

- Understanding of social media strategy and audience engagement.
- Organized, proactive, and confident in initiating conversations.
- Basic knowledge of SEO or analytics is a plus.
